The first part shows you how to motivate yourself to go to work everyday and don’t forget your hobbies. Both of them are beneficial not only for brain power but also making you feel happy. And once you’ve done both, then focus on getting more from a higher level of your life. And that brings you one more thing… As you can tell from the second part, the above strategies include working on a huge list of sounds which take you far away from the focus of your life and make you so frustrated that your brain look at this now make the effort. But at least remember you did learn these seven motivational strategies while listening to the audio. There are many ways that your brain could work better than that but it really is up to you how you use these techniques.
